Exploring Your Role as a Big

Big Brothers Big Sisters recently took part in a training that focused on building mentoring relationships with evidence based activities.  Thanks to Friends for Youth Mentoring Institute, we would like to provide the following image to help you explore your role as a Big.  

Whether you are just starting your role as a Big, or have been establishing your relationship with your Little for several years, the most effective relationship is one that follows the graph below starting on the left and working its way, throughout time, to the right.
